1 General Terms

dbaje is an online gaming and betting platform providing services to users in Bangladesh. The terms and conditions ("Terms") set out below establish the basis on which the Platform operates and define the relationship with users.

In these Terms, "user", "you" or "member" refers to any person who has registered with or is using the dbaje platform. "Platform", "dbaje" or "we" refers to the dbaje service and its associated website.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

2 Account Registration

2.2 Identity Verification

dbaje may at any time request a national identity card (NID), passport, or other documents from a user for identity verification purposes. dbaje reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if the required documents are not provided in a timely manner.

3 Age Verification

Users must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to use the dbaje platform. Protecting minors from gambling is one of our primary responsibilities.

• You must provide your actual date of birth at the time of registration.
• dbaje may request an official identity document for age verification.
• If registration is completed with a false age, the account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dbaje are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the payment methods listed below.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• After a successful deposit, funds are generally credited to your account instantly.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be limited if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be held if any active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

dbaje offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions that should be read carefully.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. The following conditions apply to this bonus:

• Wagering requirement: you must wager 15 times the combined total of the deposit and bonus amount.
• Withdrawals cannot be made before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• The bonus is given once only; any attempt to claim the bonus through multiple accounts will result in the account being closed.
• The welcome bonus is for new, first-time members only.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses have an expiry date; unused bonuses are cancelled upon expiry.
• Fulfilling the wagering requirement is mandatory to transfer winnings from bonus funds to the real balance.
• dbaje reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in forfeiture of the account and funds.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular members can enjoy the benefits of three VIP tiers:

• Bronze: weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through active gaming activity. Each cashback is subject to its own separate terms.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all members when placing bets on dbaje.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, dbaje may settle the bet at its own discretion.
• If a match is abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded; however, any bonus associated with that bet may be cancelled.
• Live betting odds may change at any time.

6.2 Casino Games

• All games are operated using fully impartial Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If a technical issue occurs during a game session, dbaje will determine the outcome after investigation.

7 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the dbaje platform. If any such activity is detected, immediate action will be taken.

• Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus or promotion benefits.
• Following low-risk betting strategies (bonus abuse / arbing) with the intent to misuse bonuses.
• Hacking, software exploitation, or any attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
• Playing games using bots or automated software.
• Colluding with other members to fraudulently influence outcomes.
• Using the dbaje platform name or logo without permission.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

dbaje reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any member's account for reasonable cause.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Detection of suspicious financial activity or fraud.
• Account closure at the member's own request (self-exclusion).

• Financial loss from playing games — gaming is entirely at the user's own risk.

However, dbaje will always make every effort to resolve any technical issues promptly and to ensure fair outcomes.
